Printer Setup Option no longer comes up in Quickbooks... |

Ran into this gem of a problem today. I had a user who changed her printer settings to a different default printer in windows....after she did this she was unable to change the option in Quickbooks 2008. She tried to click " Printer Setup " but the options would not come up.... The file in quickbooks that controlls printing is called QBPRINT.QBP find that file and rename it oldQBPRINT.QBP then restart quickbooks and click " Printer Setup " and it will recreate the file and you should then be able to controll your printers once again. --
